How to Maintain A Healthy Nutritional Balanced Diet


Maintaining a healthy balanced diet is very important to stay healthy and look healthy. Also to be a smarter and sharper kid, a proper dietitian is very much essential. To maintain your health you need to inculcate a regular exercise every day without fail. Then eat healthy food, with lot of proteins and vitamins. Drink milk, egg to build calcium and gain energy. But whatever you eat make sure it's digested properly.

  1. Every morning its better to consume honey with warm water without sugar, which helps you to put down weight.
  2. Do not drink half boiled water or milk, as so many bacteria are not killed.
  3. Grind curry leaves and drink every morning or evening, it will make your skin brighter.
  4. Drink Aloe vera juice morning, which keeps your stomach clean and healthy.
  5. Control your food when you travel even you feel more hungry.
  6. Eat almonds, dry fruits which makes you eat less and gives internal strength.
  7. Have a timely eating habits. If you take breakfast at 9am today, please do follow that every day.
  8. Follow a healthy table manners

    I read your post and it is very informative post. I am very health conscious. I am doing job in Vancouver pr agency and after starting this job I have no time for myself and I am getting fat. But after reading your post, now I know how to balance my diet.

  4. Your post is good but it is not possible to eat all day. You advised to eat whole day 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 4:00pm, 6:00pm. i am working in gift for dad it is an jewelry webshop and i have no time to take anything to eat. In the whole day i have more workload so it is very hard to me.
