Growth of Indian BPO’s is ahead of IT industry

In the recent times Indian Business Process Outsourcing(BPO) industry has shown a rapid growth compared to Indian Information Technology(IT) industry in terms of expansion, work-force etc. This rapid growth is driven by many factors such as size of work-force, lesser cost, less entry barriers and many more. Also Indian work-force has the capability to handle tasks and manage them well, and have high skills and comfort-ability with the language which made them favorites. Indian IT industry could not recover after the financial crisis occurred in the year 2008.

A Trending # about Bangalore on Twitter

I was very excited to write about this. Last weekend a trend started on twitter in Bangalore having a hashtag - #Youareabangaloreanif. This hashtag was trending in Bangalore for 2 full days; this was India trending too on one of the days. I think there are people like me still tweeting on this hashtag and made Bangalore very proud. Most of the tweeples in Bangalore tweeted on this. tweeples like ‏@rameshsrivats, ‏@anu_km, ‏@vadakkus, @james_priya, @fakingnews, @blahfamous, @bhatnaturally, @tinucherian etc and many other big and small tweeples started tweeting on this for 2 days. I was one of the tweeple who participated here.

Is Appraisal the key for retention ?

Employee retention is considered to be very important for the Human Resource managers in almost all the companies across the world. Employees will never try to stay in a single organisation for many years even they have many appraisals and rewards. I can never remember my friend's and colleagues’ working place even though I ask them several times as they change frequently to many companies having reasonably good offers in all the companies. They prefer shifting companies than staying in the same organisation prior appraisals. So this made me more interesting to study about why people shift companies more frequently? What are the key factors made them to shift?

Hi I usually do not put up the comments on any FMCG products but I found this interesting to put up.

I am very happy with the Parachute's new product. its a body lotion which seems to be very soft and smooth. I apply it daily. It will remain till I come from office. I shall apply once at night before sleeping. I am very happy when they were giving oil with the product. Even they have positioned it for soft skin and stuff, even guys can use it. It really works and its food for both rough skin and soft skin.
