Keep Yourself Healthy....



The subconscious mind will be alert if you hear something to be healthy. As a human being taking care of his or her health is the main thing in life. To be healthier a child should grow in a healthier environment.


When it comes to children, they fall ill very soon as they are not immune to several bacteria and viruses. These days children gets all kinds of diseases like cancer, Dengue and deadly diseases like Ebola. We have to prevent these things effecting our children.
                   
                             



You could see healthy children playing around here. That is exactly we want our kids to be healthy. Keeping our children healthy is a little tough job. It all depends on the food habits and how parents are taking care of their children. Even now if I fall ill everybody in my home will stay at home and they will be tensed. So kids are more tend to get diseases very soon than an adult.

                             

Parents play a key role to keep their children healthy and stronger. Here are few tips for parents to keep them stronger and healthier.

1. Breakfast is the very important meal for a child. Make it more delicious and healthier.

2. Be diet conscious for children, look at the calories, nutrition, vitamins given properly to the children. Make them eat slowly.

3. Avoid road side food. Even though its tasty its not healthy.

4. Make sure that your child drink good amount of milk.

5. Make your kid eat different kind of recipe every day that makes kids identify the taste and get different nutrition.

6. Give them fruits and vegetables regularly.

7. Avoid too much oily food for kids.

8. Make them drink plenty of liquid so that they wont get tired and ill.

9. Occasionally give them sweets in their plates.

10. Make sure that they brush their teeth regularly twice a day.

11. If kids are small give them proper vacation and other healthy medicine.

12. Be a role model and eat healthy yourself.

13. Have a healthy balanced diet.

14. Avoid more of sitting games.

15. Give 2 spoons of Dabur Chawanprash before drinking milk, that will really give children lot of stamina to protect from different diseases.

I would like to conclude that staying healthier is very important as a children as its very difficult to get medicines for several diseases. Little children are our future and its very important to take guard of them in every bit of life. Be healthier and stay happy always.. Because you earn to be happy and healthier. Health should come first.
