Employee retention is considered to be very important for the Human Resource managers in almost all the companies across the world. Employees will never try to stay in a single organisation for many years even they have many appraisals and rewards. I can never remember my friend's and colleagues’ working place even though I ask them several times as they change frequently to many companies having reasonably good offers in all the companies. They prefer shifting companies than staying in the same organisation prior appraisals. So this made me more interesting to study about why people shift companies more frequently? What are the key factors made them to shift?

Hi I usually do not put up the comments on any FMCG products but I found this interesting to put up.

I am very happy with the Parachute's new product. its a body lotion which seems to be very soft and smooth. I apply it daily. It will remain till I come from office. I shall apply once at night before sleeping. I am very happy when they were giving oil with the product. Even they have positioned it for soft skin and stuff, even guys can use it. It really works and its food for both rough skin and soft skin.

The Strength of Human Power

As the days advances, technology advances, people advances, environment advances, the power of humans has not changed and will never change. The need of humans will be increasing and never decrease.

Way past days in the Purana, we all know the story of Ramayana in Tretayug, the God Sri Ram alone could not fight with the army of Ravan even though he was a God. He managed in such a way and accumulated all the monkeys and then he went for a fight with Ravan. Here also we can clearly see that the power of human made Sri Ram victorious and the story of Ramayana was successful.

Let me go through a story of a tailor. The lived a tailor named RamLal in a small village. He was awarded with his excellence and the style of stitching cloths. He was poor and uneducated, he knew nothing other than stitching clothes. He started a small shop in the village where he started business of tailoring clothes in a small scale. He was very adamant and was proud that he was the only tailor who stitches well and people will rush to him as the day goes. He degraded others work and had over confidence that he could stitch all the clothes by himself.

As the day passed the shop became popular across villages nearby. People started rushing up to the shop every day,the orders started increasing. As this started he could not handle himself. He was not giving the clothes in-time. then the people started abusing him and as the day passed it was going worse. His orders were down as he could not meet the demand of the people and could not give what people wanted. His perception failed and the attitude what he had developed made him a person who lost all the values and respect in the village.

The one day he was advised from his wife that what he was doing was wrong. She advised him to speak with all the tailors in surrounding area and could work together. He was little convinced and went to speak with those tailors. But they rejected to speak with him. The he decided to apply some good strategy to convince them. He went to his house and told asked him to work together. He did not agree for this initially. But later he could convince him by good offers and planned to make a union for all tailors. He started accumulating all the tailors together and made a small union. He convinced and made every one to work together.

He changed the building and made convenient place for every one. He changed the board and treated every one as one and as his friends. He first handled the previous clients what he had and what others had. Then he managed such a way that he could maintain the large orders and also he could deliver them on-time. He first made that the tailor will earn money on what they stitch. But later he decided on share system.

This is how an uneducated tailor succeed with man power. Now he is running a great business out of it and he has become the country's largest re-seller of clothing. For him again man power worked and he could rule the industry.

We can take an example of IT giant in recent past on how did they used their man power and succeed in their business and naming the first Indian IT company on NASDAQ list. The person started with 7 people and started hiring as the contract grows. Here also the power of humans worked and still working as they are the highest recruiter of the year.

Secret behind Anna's movement

The recent movement of Anna Hazare made a great buzz among the recent youth in India and across the world. He was just a ordinary social activist who made India stand and come together to stand and fight against corruption in India. Here also he did not fight alone, People joined and supported him and the government was afraid and was shaken to take sudden decision. here also the great man power helped them to pass the bill.

Anna was a small social fighter in his village. He started small movements in Maharashtra and accumulating people to fight against the people who eat money and who does do their duty. His leadership quality was the words he uses in his speech. the presence of attracting the people towards him made the change from all the movement and this movement.

To start any movement there should be the initiator and he will be called as leader. Then the person who get influence will join him as a follower. Here the movement usually starts. This is how Anna started a small movement and which attracted all the people across India. The agitation against corruption is the new moment where the power of humans proved as that alone Anna couldn't have achieved it.

There was a story in TED on how the movement will going to start. A leader who initiate the thing and the follower will follow him and another will influence by him. Thus man power made it happen to generate the human movement. watch the link below. its very interesting.
