We have come across many types of communications by now. it was started with the trunk calling Then we could see faxing, then later comes that we shifted to PSTN calling, then as we had Optical fiber communications for faster communication. Later it came the cellular world where we were using GSM, CDMA. Now its the period of 3G, 4G etc. There is full scope for new future technologies. One among the technologies will be VoIP calling and VoIP phones.

VoIP is called as Voice Over Internet Protocol. It is a type of internet protocol where we it is purely voice based. VoIP made its first stepping stone when internet came into picture however 1995 was the year when VoIP was noticed by the maximum people. It has helped various business houses and individual into various ways like cutting costs, cheap communication, globalization and transparency. It is starting to replace PSTN networks in recent times. It is the system which transfers the voice input through various methods called signalling, digitalizing etc.

It is a protocol which is transfered through PSTN networks in a much lower cost. the main problem is that the calls can be hacked very easily. there is very less security in the network rather than ordinary PSTN networks. VoIP calls are very cheaper. The standard protocols used in VoIP will be H.264, H.323, Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP) , Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), Real Time Transport Protocol (RIP), Session Description Protocol (SDP).

Now it is the season for Smart Phones and Soft Phones. Here VoIP calling is used which makes it very cheaper. VoIP call is made from System ( computer ) to mobiles in a cheapest possible way. Both Video and audio are transmitted through PSTN networks. To make a call we need two systems one network and one VoIP phone. There is a special applications where we could support VoIP calls. Skype is one of the service provider for VoIP calls. For any VoIP Calls requires a broadband connection to the Internet (Land line, ADSL, etc.), Note that for one user to connect at speeds of 256 kbit/s for incoming flow, and 128 kbit/s for outgoing would be sufficient. If multiple users, the channel will expand. Hardware Requirements are not so rigid.

The recent service providers for VoIP calls will be Voiptalk, Skype, Myvoipprovider etc. The uses of VoIP call will be

2. Reach to every person faster and clear

3. Flexible with different broad bands

4. Integration with other services with internet is done

5. Not much complicated devices necessary

We were speaking about cheaper call rates. the a Skype call the voip calls will cost only 2 cents per minute. This is a emerging technology in India. The technology is still backward in India where they are trying to implement this everywhere all over the world.

There are draw backs in this network

1. There is less security, can be hacked very easily.

2. The operability between PSTN and Internet is less

3. It is difficult to make emergency calls to the people

4. There is a up coming technology of Mobile number portability which affects VoIP calling

As the days progressing the technology also increasing day by day. VoIP is the main thing in the near future. There are still research going on to make it more secured and more easier for the people to use them. India is still emerging with 3G technology and long way to go for VoIP technology. So lets hope that we get a secured VoIP calling facility.

Running behind TRPs. !!!

Televisions now a days are thinking of TRP's ( Television Rating Points) , which is given for the attraction of people towards channel and which is the most preferred channel by the viewers. More advertising the programs will grab the viewers. Now a days its been too worst that all the channels are going for redundant programs which is not useful for viewers as well as harm people who are participating there. its not worth watching the program. All the top TRP rated channels are following the same which attracts the customers.

I don't believe that people only prefer reality shows are redundant shows will increase the TRP. I don't understand why these channels instead of educating people, they are simply concentrated on emotions which is really worst. What are these channels are going to prove finally by increasing channels. Where are the channels like Discovery Channel, Gyan Darshan, National Geographic? Now a days nobody watch these things. even a child know about what is happening in Big Boss. Finally what are we gaining from these programs. What is the reason in Watching them. Why are we watching them where they are neither concerned with our life? What is the education that people are gaining from that ? Please think of all these things once.

These channels do not provide information. Why are people so much interested in knowing others life which is been shown in the television. they are neither liked to your life, what is the use in watching them for 2-3 hrs every day. There was a time where every program was selected and then was approved for relay. Now a days just for name sake they will produce some program which is neither useful to them as well as the viewers. They wont check even for sensor things and they show them on the television where every small children watch them. Now a days every other day there will be a new program, new reality shows.

These is nothing to gain or lose. lets stop watching them from now, we can ask the channels to give something productive. there are numerous serials which is very big and long and its not ending even after 20years. there are many reality shows which they always make people cry. What are we suppose to do with the life style in Big Boss participants. They show off so much, Its really worst program I have ever come across. There are many programs in Kannada like Shh where they send girls to a goats place to search the treasure. Is that they are playing with the lives of the participants ?

So people its in your hands what are the type of programs which we can ask for. This really wont help any one and also society. We shall have fun in learning something not by watching some nonsense or some ones life and getting entertainment. Its not entertainment. I accept that few reality shows like Sa-Re-Ga-Ma-Pa helps the people to show the talents, but other than that others are really redundant programs.

NICE Tolls Raised in Bangalore

Is it fair to increase the toll rates in Bangalore?

Bangalore is a Metro city. It was shocking news to hear that the rates are raised suddenly. was it really required to raise the toll rates ? I don't think so it was really required. This does not adds to the development of the government. There are many tolls in Bangalore so there is not require to raise the tolls immediately. this will affects the growth of the country. Inflation also raises to the peak. there is a raise in prices in everything in recent times. but the value of that is still the same. There are many ditches still under construction in few NICE roads which has to be repaired. There was no reason to raise the tolls suddenly and make the people burden.

As per the policy of the government, increasing the tolls is not only remedy to make more profits. Government should collect the tolls and the policy should be like that. As per the BOOT(Build Own Operate Transfer) policy of PPP this is not fair to transfer burden on the local people. and NICE roads is to travel for all common men in Bangalore not to travel only for rich people.

Let us make it accessible for every one. It is not good to put more charges and which intern helps in increasing Black money which really affects the growth of the country. I am still not satisfied with the Policy that they have come across. Instead of BOOT they could have used BOT where the rights to operate by the government than a private firm. We ask government to collect taxes and improve infrastructure not a private firm. So for any private firm there is no rights to ask more toll by a common people.

India is a poor country it cannot be compared with USA. where there is no government participation in any of the infrastructure. And it could be suitable there as the standard of living is high. But India is a poor country and still 50% of the departments are under government. the standard of living of the people is very low in our country. Per capita income of India is Rs. 44345 per year. But it is an average per year through out the country. Will a common man could afford if they raise the rates to 50% hike? Is it really fair enough to impose the fairs on a common man. Will government should have taken a different decision in accepting the offer?

Still there is a lot of questions to be asked. But finally it definitely affect the growth of Indian economy. So please people fight for this. if people come together then we could fight and stop this looting from a common man (AAM ADMI)

Facebook as been a great success in recent times as social media is buzzing out all over the globe. As per the Stats it says that the most visited site last year i.e. 2009 was www.google.com (Google) which was the most visited and Internet searched sites. Now the stats of 2010 says that the most visited site is www.facebook.com (Facebook). It has dominated the greatest giant of search engine this year. The stats is given below:

Social media is becoming one of the greatest technology in reaching out people and its the perfect place for marketing as well as promotion. There are around 600million users of Facebook across the world. As we find many information in Wikipedia about Facebook and Google I don't have much to explain about the Internet giants.

Even though Google is having Social media products like Orkut and Buzz, these things did not make a buzz in the market as lack of applications in that and was not so user friendly. Orkut once made a buzz in the market but it declined very soon. there is a vast scope for social media networks and portals in the coming future. So there could be any other new portal which shall have the capability to defeat FB and Google.

Google is the mother of search engines. we find everything in Google. It has created the waves such that the word Google is used as a normal word. On my thought still Facebook should make a buzz in India as there is very less user of social media in India. India is the second largest internet users but still very backward in social media. Even the revenue perspective FB earns $1,100 million but Google its more than $ 23.3 billion. So I prefer that still Google is on top. Facebook might be the most visited sites, but for searching we still prefer Google as the most preferred site. There is still lot of fights going to happen between these two giant players. There is awaited applications and features and products to be released to have a stiff competition between them.

Facebook dominates the social media web and the Google is dominating the rest. Orkut and Buzz couldn't make so much as FB is doing. There is another product launching by Google to dominate in this market called as Google Me. Google is till the number 1 on web search engines but trying to dominate in social media with newer innovations in the services and applications they provide. There is also a news that Google has invested on the company named Zynga which is the back bone of Facebook to be still on top. every market will have a decline stage. But social media for Google is still a nightmare.

There are many electronics gadgets coming to the market with improvised technology.

The products which are emerging will be as follows:

1. Wireless Speakers-

Its a nice invention as we have wireless head phones. its the technology which supports 2.4GHz frequency which converts into great sound effects. This is having a SD card, also act as a radio as it is having a Radio tuner. This is usually priced more. So better to have a wired one as the clarity will be good than this even though it has a high frequency support.

2. 3d Television-

LG has a very good lab with good technology. So here is a product where LG has invented a new 3d TV which could replace all LED ones. There is a flick shutters which closes and opens very quickly. The electric glasses could suffer a synchronization errors leading to a flicker effect. It eliminated the dimming effect and included the Boosting brightness which gives the 3 dimension effect. Its a good product to buy and rush off your money.

3. iPod Nano Watches-

Its a great item which is a plastized watch band which wraps round your wrists and contains your iPod in it. Good thing is there is no connectivity problem and the bad thing is that its just a wrist band. the price is reasonable and economical and affordable. its a nice item to buy. I dont think so its really worth buying it.

The word is quite familiar and popular in recent times. Most of the girls fall in love with him, the sexiest sportsperson. Yap I am speaking about the great bachelor cricketer MAHENDRA SINGH DHONI. The great personality in recent times winning most of his matches internationally. Known as the great leader compared with many leaders in the world. He is calm quite doesn’t react to any emotions on or off the field. He is most attractive and most needed valentine this summer.

Indian cricket has touched great standards and heights after BCCI introduced the great gambling show called The IPL which attracted more people all over the globe. Even Dhoni and other players shined due to this IPL. His team came to the finals but due to luck factor he couldn’t win it. He won matches in Srilanka defeating them at their home which is really difficult. He won 2-0 CB Series finals against Australia, which was a great moment to rejoice for Indian cricket.

Dhoni is initially a wicket keeper batsman. His average in ODI is around 45 and test is around 33. He bats India when India needs him. He has different kind of style of playing that no 1 can copy him. There were three contenders in the selection for wicket keepers when Indian cricket was under the hands of Greg Chappel and Rahul Dravid as the skipper. Dinesh Kaarthik, who was keeping well but couldn’t capitalize with his batting,. Prthiv Patel was still small to be in Indian side still to improvise in his keeping also batting as well. So Greg chose M.S.Dhoni, who is the single contender to be selected to the team from his batting style.

There was a little controversy for the Indian captain and coach when India lost in the first round in ICC World cup-2007 in West Indies. The coach has to resign from his post. Then Venkatesh Prasad and Robin Singh took up the charge to take up India from very critical condition. Ravi Shastri was about to be India’s coach but it was ruled out. After India won the series against England in the captainship of Dravid and lost the test series 0-2 against England they had lots of controversies against Dravid to continue as captain. Before everything popularize he gave his resignation as the captain. Later on India was searching for a good captain. They forced Sourav Ganguly to become the skipper again. But he avoided entering that post.

I don’t know whether M.S.Dhoni was lucky that there were no other contender to succeed Dravid that he got a chance to lead India for further matches. He was once tested as captaining his side in Ranaji Trophy matches. Finally he got luck on his side for every game he played. He had played a blistering 183 against Srilanka in India which impressed the selectors to name him as a captain. He captained the side from ending 2007 till now and he will be for more years.

Dhoni shined after his batting style. He entered as a striker of the ball but now he changed himself as more defensive player of the young team India. He won the series against Australia and then he won Twenty-20 World cup, he won series against Srilanka twice once 3-2 and second time its 4-1. He won series against England 5-0 at home. Still to go many miles further in heading to become number 1 team in the world.

In the ODI batting rankings M.S.Dhoni tops with more points followed by Mike Hussey of Australia. He is calm contender, he believes in his team mates more then he believe in himself. He divides the work on the field so that the burden on him will be reduced for some extent. He plays more over gully cricket on the field with full resources in the team at all times. He also have luck factor in his side which make India win many games. He won’t speak with players every time in tough situations too. There is some belief in him as he always chooses heads during toss. When he comes to bat he always removes the gloves and puts it on for every ball to be faced.

Due to God’s grace or his luck he the perfect role model in cricket world now. Indian team has become such strong that all team finding difficult to break the wall. Every players are playing for team India. The Sachin Tendulkar season has gone who played for their own records. The revolution has been taken place Australia losing their form in world cricket. The old strategies of Chappel brothers or of Waugh brothers or Border’s or Gavaskar’s or Kapil’s have been overcome by this gully cricket played by Dhoni and Smith boys which dominated the world. Let the Dhonian period of Indian cricket continue for long time at least till 2011 World cup where every citizen all over the globe waiting for.
